David Jeng - Chairman of Monte Jade West joined Jordan Kang - Chairman for the Korean Center Inc, Lisa Lum - Executive Director for Asia American Multi-Technology Association(AAMA), Frank Wu - President of Committee of 100(C100) on the Cross-organizational panel.

With over 35 different Asian associations across Silicon Valley, the panelist focused their time on how various Asian organizations could work together collaboratively to drive a larger and more powerful message. Monte Jade’s annual mentorship program collaborates with Ascend’s leadership in helping developing next generation leadership over an 8-month long program.
