The 2019-2020 MJAA Mentorship Program hosted three open houses in San Jose, East Palo Alto and Santa Clara in August 2019. Since May 2019, MJAA has reached out to 125 professionals. Many of them are individual contributors looking to grow their career to the next level. Although surprisingly this year, there are large numbers of startup founders or co-founders who also interested in learning more about the mentorship program. This year's mentorship program is going to be very excited, as we will have quite a diverse group of Asian American professionals from different industries and professional backgrounds.
