Asian Leadership Program Launch 2019-10-15

Monte Jade kicks off the 2019-2020 Mentorship program with 55 new admitted mentees(MAX capacity). This record recruiting year for our 6-month paid program enables Monte Jade to continue to invest in the Leaders of Tomorrow. Speakers for this event were Ron Yu - Former VP of Marketing for Salesforce, Denise Peck - Former VP of Marketing for Cisco and Larry Chang - Former SVP of HP supply chain. Publicly available data from leading technology companies show white males getting promoted at 2x the speed of Asian Males and White females getting promoted at 3x the speed of Asian females - this trend of disparity has gotten worse over the last 20 years.
