10/4/2025 - MJAA Mentorship Program Kickoff & Workshops

The MJAA Mentorship Program, aligned with the MJAA mission to build and foster a community of Asian leaders through community, growth, and service, is a six-month journey featuring a total of six monthly workshops, family meetings with executive mentors, and additional programming focused on leadership growth and community connection. The 2026-2027 mentorship program kicked off with its first full-day workshop on October 4, focusing on personal resilience, overcoming despair, and cultivating a growth mindset for career management, led by Larry Chang and Peter Chu, followed by Workshop 2 on November 1, which emphasized effective communication, feedback, influence, and speaking up, with insights from Denise Peck, Joe Hsy, Paul Yee, and Ginger Tsun.
