Monte Jade’s Mentorship program partnered with Google, Synposys and Amazon to host information sessions on our 15 year old Mentorship program. Asian Americans continue to fall behind other ethnic groups in progressing up the corporate ladder. Monte Jade’s Mentorship program is a 6 month long program dedicidated to helping Asians better communicate, manage and understand the corporate environment. We are fortunate to have mentors and advisors from Google, HP, Cisco, Salesforce, Silicon Motion, Wintec all participating in supporting the next generation in Silicon valley.
